Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Blog Party
Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Blog party. Today I am sharing three fall themed projects using goodies from the STAMPtember release. ๐Special promotion exclusive for this post!๐
The first project features the Twisted Tree Arch die set, Haunted Pumpkin die set and the cute Trick or Treat 2 die. I used a lot of ink blending and die cutting for this project. I used a cloud border stencil and distress ink to create the background. The trees was cut from dark brown cardstock and everything else was cut from white cardstock and colored with distress inks.
Next, I used the gorgeous Mod Forest Embossing folder to create the colors of Autumn. I also used the new Be Patient die cut from gold cardstock. I embossed a white piece of cardstock and used a small blender brush to color in the "valley" side of the embossed panel with distress inks and then dragged a brown ink pad directly over the colored trees creating the distressed autumn scene with a few inks splatters. So fun!
Last, I used the Fall Wreath die. I love a good wreath die and this one is so easy to create. This die is just two pieces! So easy to color in with distress inks and add splatter for more interest. I used my score board to create a wood panel background and embossed my sentiment using gold embossing powder and clear ink.
I hope you have enjoyed the projects I have created and got some inspiration! I have provided a supply list if you are interested. Please head over the the Simon Says Stamp blog for links to all the amazing designers participating in this Blog Party! Happy STAMPtember!!
