Simon Says Stamp new coordinating dies for Tim Holtz Holiday Botanical Stamps

Today I am sharing a project featuring the newly release coordinating dies for the Tim Holtz Holiday Botanical stamp set. This is a beautiful stamp set and the dies make it easy to add dimension to these beautiful stamp sets! 
Card Base:Top folding half sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 white cardstock cut to an A2 size card base.
Background: Quarter sheet of distress plaid pattern paper from an old paper pack I trimmed down to leave a bit of a border. I cut a scalloped rectangle die to highlight the florals. I added some distress ink splatter and a few black flat gems with craft glue.
Focal Point: I stamped the poinsettias from the Tim Holtz Holiday Botanical stamp set in alcohol ink and colored them with copic markers. I used the new coordinating dies to cut them out and adhered them with foam squares. I added some craft glue to the centers of the poinsettias and then sprinkled some hard candy glitter for some sparkle.
Sentiment: I stamped one of the sentiments from the Tim Holtz Holiday Botanical stamp set in black ink and used the coordinating die to cut it out and adhered with foam squares.

Simon Says Stamp DieCember® Blog Hop - Day 1

I'm so happy to be participating in day 1 of the Simon Says Stamp DieCember blog hop. This post will have lots of inspiration, giveaways and a special offer for this blog hop.  This first project is a shaker holiday card featuring the Jolly Snowmen Embossing Folder . I cut the three sonowmen using the dies that are included with the embossing folder. I colored them with copics and added them to the inside of the Antique Snowglobe emboss and cut die to create this cute scene. I framed it using the Eyelet Layer Frames colored with distress ink. Last, I added the Warm Wishes Medley die cut from white cardstock. I used the Love Celebration Plate die to create this next project. I die cut the plate several times from colored cardstock and once from white cardstock. I paper pieced the elements from the colored cardstock cuts on to the white cut.
