La La Land Crafts Anything Goes

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme ~ Anything Goes!

This week we are featuring products from La La Land Crafts. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
Today I am featuring the beautiful La La Land Daffodils layering stencil. I am always in need of birthday cards so I created a background with this stencil set for my birthday project.
Card Base:Top folding half sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 white cardstock cut to an A2 size card base.
Background: I used the set of layering stencils to create the floral background. I used distress ink and blending brushes on a sticky mat to hold the stencils and paper in place white I applied the ink.
Focal Point: I cut out several sizes of butterflies out of white cardstock. I colored the centers of each butterfly and cut their bodies out of gold cardstock for some shine. I adhered them around the card with foam squares.
Sentiment: I cut the birthday sentiment out of gold and white cardstock for thickness and adhered it to the center of the ink blended circle with foam squares that I trimmed down to fit behind the thin letters.

Simon Says Stamp DieCember® Blog Hop - Day 1

I'm so happy to be participating in day 1 of the Simon Says Stamp DieCember blog hop. This post will have lots of inspiration, giveaways and a special offer for this blog hop.  This first project is a shaker holiday card featuring the Jolly Snowmen Embossing Folder . I cut the three sonowmen using the dies that are included with the embossing folder. I colored them with copics and added them to the inside of the Antique Snowglobe emboss and cut die to create this cute scene. I framed it using the Eyelet Layer Frames colored with distress ink. Last, I added the Warm Wishes Medley die cut from white cardstock. I used the Love Celebration Plate die to create this next project. I die cut the plate several times from colored cardstock and once from white cardstock. I paper pieced the elements from the colored cardstock cuts on to the white cut. Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice release Blog Hop Day 1

I'm so happy to be participating in day 1 of the Simon Says Stamp Sugar & Spice Blog Hop. This post will have lots of inspiration, giveaways and a special offer for this blog hop. Special Offer👇👇👇 This first project features the Candy Cane Plate die and the Fancy Joy & Cheer die set . This card came together effortlessly. I can see making a whole bunch for the holiday season. All die cutting! Next, I created a holiday card featuring the Charming Berry Branch die that I cut from light green cardstock and added to a dark green panel of cardstock for contrast. I added a few red jewels for the berries with a sentiment from the new CZ Designs Inside Greetings Holiday stamp set . Last, I used the coordinating die that is included with the Santa Faces Emboss and cut set . I love the texture and detail that this 3d embossing folder gives to the cute santa faces.
