Simon Says Stamp Fabulous Florals

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme ~ Fabulous Florals

This week we are featuring exclusive products from Simon Says Stamp. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
Today I am featuring Simon's Groovy Flowers die set, Aurora Blooms die set, A2 Frames and the adorable Simply Thank You die to make this fun colorful project made of scraps of colored cardstock.
Card Base: Top folding half sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 white cardstock cut to an A2 size card base.
Background: Quarter sheet of white cardstock that I ran through a plaid embossing folder and adhered to the front of the card base.
Focal Point: I took scraps of colored cardstock to cut these adorable florals out of and adhered them to the inside piece of the frame die I cut from white cardstock. I arrange the florals on the inside panel and then cut little dots from the same scraps of cardstock to fill in the spaces between the flowers and adhered them all to the panel with liquid glue. I then trimmed off any over hang of the flowers to add the frame. I cut the frame twice from white cardstock and adhered it to the card base.
Sentiment: I cut the thank you die from white cardstock twice and then the shadow from more of the scraps. I adhered it with foam squares for a little dimension.

Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Blog Party

Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Blog party . Today I am sharing three fall themed projects using goodies from the STAMPtember release . 👇Special promotion exclusive for this post!👇 The first project features the Twisted Tree Arch die set , Haunted Pumpkin die set and the cute Trick or Treat 2 die. I used a lot of ink blending and die cutting for this project. I used a cloud border stencil and distress ink to create the background. The trees was cut from dark brown cardstock and everything else was cut from white cardstock and colored with distress inks. Next, I used the gorgeous Mod Forest Embossing folder to create the colors of Autumn. I also used the new Be Patient die cut from gold cardstock. I embossed a white piece of cardstock and used a small blender brush to color in the "valley" side of the embossed panel with distress inks and then dragged a brown ink pad directly over the colored trees creating the distressed autumn scene with a few inks splatters.
