Simon Says Stamp Always There release day

Hello crafty friends! I am happy to share a project featuring the Gorgeous Hydrangea stencil and embossing folder from the new Simon Says Stamp Always There release. There is a bundle as well!

Card Base: Smooth white cardstock cut to an A2 size top folding card base.

Background and Focal Point: Quarter sheet of white cardstock ran through the floral embossing folder. I then used the coordinating stencil to add color to the raised areas. I used three shades of pinks, blues and purples applied with a blender brush.

I used a paper trimmer to cut down each embossed and inked panel to leave a bit of a border.

Sentiment: I stamped each greeting in clear ink and applied gold embossing powder and heat set them. There was a coordinating die for each sentiment. 

I tied gold twine around the panel before I adhered it to the card base. I popped each sentiment with foam squares for dimension. Last, I added a gold dot to the centers of the blooms with gold paint.
