Paper Rose Feminine
Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
This week's challenge theme ~ Feminine
This week we are featuring products from Paper Rose. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
This week I am featuring the gorgeous pattern paper from Paper Rose. This is their Autumn Plaid 6X6 pad. It's nice to stretch your stash by not limiting yourself to a specific holiday in which the product was intended.
Card Base: Top folding A2 size cut from smooth white cardstock.
Background: Pattern paper that was cut into a square. You can do this using a square die set or just with your paper trimmer. I adhered it to the top portion of my card base with tape runner.
Focal Point: I cut the daisy heads out of white cardstock. I then adhered all the elements of the die together with liquid glue. With a finger dauber I added ink to the center of each daisy. I then cut the stems and leaves and again added green distress ink with a finger dauber which works well with the dainty stems. I adhered the flowers with foam squares and the leaves as well.
Sentiment: I cut the sentiment die from white and red cardstock. I adhered them together for thickness and then added foam squares on the back to add it to the bottom portion of the card base.
I hope you got some inspiration and enjoyed the project I made. I have listed the supplies below for your convenience. Thank you for stopping by!
