Art Impressions Anything Goes

 Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme ~ Anything Goes!

This week we are featuring products from Art Impressions. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
This week I am featuring Art Impressions Nested Circle dies to create my shaker element for my project this week.
Card Base: Top folding portrait A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock.
Background: White cardstock trimmed down to fit card base and leave a bit of a white border. Stamped with a background stamp and ink blended with distress ink around the edges. Circle cut in the upper center of the background with a circle die to create the window for the shaker element.
Focal Point and Sentiment: The sentiment is the focal point of this card. It has been cut from gold and white cardstock layered and adhered together with liquid glue. Acetate was cut and added behings the circle opening of the background along with strips of foam adhesive to create a well for the shaker bits to be enclosed. Sub-sentiment was was stamped on a strip of white cardstock and adhered with foam squares.

I then trimmed down another white panel and scored it every half inch and then dragging the distress ink pad directly over the panel to create a woodgrain background. Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Blog Party

Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Blog party . Today I am sharing three fall themed projects using goodies from the STAMPtember release . 👇Special promotion exclusive for this post!👇 The first project features the Twisted Tree Arch die set , Haunted Pumpkin die set and the cute Trick or Treat 2 die. I used a lot of ink blending and die cutting for this project. I used a cloud border stencil and distress ink to create the background. The trees was cut from dark brown cardstock and everything else was cut from white cardstock and colored with distress inks. Next, I used the gorgeous Mod Forest Embossing folder to create the colors of Autumn. I also used the new Be Patient die cut from gold cardstock. I embossed a white piece of cardstock and used a small blender brush to color in the "valley" side of the embossed panel with distress inks and then dragged a brown ink pad directly over the colored trees creating the distressed autumn scene with a few inks splatters.
