Tim Holtz stamps and Simon Says Stamp coordinating dies - The Inspector

Today I am sharing a project that features new coordinating dies for Tim Holtz previously released stamp sets. I am using the new dies that coordinate with the Tim Holtz The Inspector stamps to create an interesting masculine project. If you hate fussy cutting and love Tim's beautiful stamps, this is exciting to have the coordinating dies to add dimension to your projects. Tim just inspires my artistic side!
I began with an A2 size card base made from smooth with cardstock. I used a copic marker to add color to the edges of the card front. I then took a piece of white cardstock to create the background panel for my project. I used the elements from the stamp set to create a interesting pattern for my background.
I then stamped the inspector image and clock in vintage photo and colored thim in with colored pencils. I stamped the clock image again this time using clear ink and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder. I used the coordinating dies to cut all the elements out. I tied some gold twine around the panel and attached the sentiment to a small tag. I did add small squares of acetate behind his spectacles to look like glass. I used foam squares to adhere the elements for more dimension.
I hope you enjoyed the project I created with this new dies for Tim Holtz amazing stamps. Having the dies opens up so many possibilities! I have listed the items I used for this project. I will have more inspiration to come! Thanks for stopping by!
