Quick, Easy and Gorgeous Christmas card

As the most wonderful time of the year draws closer it also becomes more stressful to get things ready. It helps to have a quick and easy way to create many gorgeous cards to send out. I am featuring the amazing Simon Says Stamp Merry Cover Plate.
Super simple! I used the Merry Cover plate die to cut once from white, red and pattern paper to create the front of this A2 card base. I added tape runner to front of the card base.
I used the white cut first and then just paper pieced the rest of the elements together like a simple puzzle. I added ink to shade the red letters for depth.
I stamped the Christmas in red ink and trimmed it down and added it to the bottom right corner of the card base. Last, I added a couple of jewels for a little sparkle.
