Altenew Thinking of You

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme ~ Thinking of You

We are featuring products from Altenew. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!

This week I am sharing a project using one the gorgeous colors of cardstock from Altenew. I'm also pulling out one of my favorite stamp, stencil and die sets.

I began with an A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then ran a quarter sheet of gray cardstock through a quilted patterned embossing folder and adhered that to the card base.

Next, on a sticky mat placed a piece of white cardstock. I used blending brushes and ink pads to add color to each layer of the stencil ste on to create this gorgeous pattern. I used a heart die to cut it out and add it to the decorative heart frame that I cut from Altenew's Heart Beat cardstock and then added it to the card base with foam squares. I stamped the sentiment in a coordinating ink die cut the strip out adhering with more foam adhesive.
