Daisy Hugs Wreath card
Hello crafty friends! Today I wanted share a fun daisy wreath card that I made for a dear friend I have been missing. She loves daisies so I pulled out the Simon Says Stamp Rustic Layering flower die set to create the perfect daisy!
I began with an A2 card base made from smooth white cardstock. I used a gingham background stamp to create a patterned panel stamped with distress ink. I trimmed that down using a stitched rectangle die to leave a white border. I die cut the Hugs sentiment from coral cardstock and twice more from white cardstock for thickness. I adhered them together with liquid glue.
I then die cut sets of daisy heads from the Rustic Layering Flower die set out of white cardstock. I used copic markers to color the centers of the daisies. I arranged them in a wreath pattern on the background panel and adhered them with foam squares for dimension. I then stamped the sub-sentiment with the same ink I used for the background and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I then added the all the elements to the wreath and a twine bow to finish it off.
I hope you enjoyed the project I have made and got some inspiration. I have listed the supplies I used if you are interested. Thank you for stopping by and happy crafting!
