Simon Says Stamp Emboss It!

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge them ~ Emboss It!

We are featuring exclusive products from Simon Says Stamp. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
This week I am using the gorgeous Simon Says Stamp Dainty Dotted Daisy embossing folder. This folder is not only very versatile to create all types of projects but the price point is amazing. Thank you Simon!
I began by ink blending a white panel of cardstock with distress inks. I then ran that panel through the embossing folder.
I used sandpaper to gently rub away the areas of the raised impression to remove the color and expose the white paper underneath.
I then added this panel to an A2 size card base along with a frame I cut twice from heavy cardstock. I then cut the daisies heads and leaves from more white cardstock and colored them with distress ink.
I added the flowers and leaves to the card base with foam squares. Last, I die cut the sentiment from matte gold cardstock for some shine. I added a few enamel dots to finish.

I created this card with an A2 card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then trimmed down a panel of Yupo paper to create an autumnal background using alcohol inks.
