Dahlia Background Thank You card

Hello my crafty friends! Today I am sharing a project the features the Dahlia Background clear stamp. This provided some much needed color therapy for me! If you love to color, whatever medium you choose, this is the stamp for you.
This card came together very simple! I began by stamping the beautiful Dahlia Background on to some white cardstock using my MISTI with light gray copic friendly ink. I then left the background stamp in my MISTI and set about coloring the floral images with copic markers. When I was done coloring I added the colored panel back into the MISTI but this time I stamp over the image with white pigment ink and heat set it with white embossing powder. I used a rectangle die to cut the panel down and add it to an A2 size card base.
By adding white embossing ink over those gray stamped lines, it gives the image a soft water colored look. I then cut the Thank You die from white cardstock and colored it with the same color teal copic. I cut it twice for a little thickness and added it to a scallop circle that I cut from white cardstock. I stamped the sub-sentiment around the bottom of the scallop die and added a few sequins.
I hope you enjoyed the project I made and got some inspiration. I have provided a list of supplies that I have used. If you any questions, please leave a comment. I love to hear from you! Thank you for stopping by!!
