Gina K Designs Anything Goes!

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme  Anything Goes!

We are featuring products from Gina K Designs. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!

This week I am featuring the Gina K Designs Fancy Feathers die set. This is a beautiful feather die set that will make any card design special.

On a craft sticky mat I masked off the center of a piece of white cardstock with a rectangle I die cut out of vellum. I then used a plaid builder stencil set to create my own plaid background. I used distress inks and a blender brush to do so. I added some ink splatters and removed the mask. I then die cut the panel out with a stitched rectangle die and added to an A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock. 

I then die cut the feathers out of white cardstock 4 times to create thickness when I glued them together. I wanted to create the look of a shaker card. I adhered the feather to the card and added liquid glue inside the feathers before sprinkling the tiny confetti bits. I stamped the sentiment in clear ink on matte gold cardstock and heat set it with white embossing powder. I used a coordinating die to cut it out and pop it up with foam squares.
