Doodlebug Use Pattern Paper

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme  Use Pattern Paper

We are featuring products from Doodlebug. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
This week I am featuring the fun Doodlebug Designs Plaid & Polka Dot 6x6 paper pad. This little pad is packed with bright cheerful fun polka dots and plaid patterns.
I began with an A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then die cut the Simon Says Stamp Flourishing Blooms plate. With detail scissors I removed the flowers and a few of the leaves to customize my own arrangement.
I colored the centers of the blooms with a pink and brown copic marker. I die cut the plate again from green cardstock to create the leaves without having to color them. I arrange them on a piece of the polka dot pattern paper.
I then matted the pattern paper on to white cardstock and then matted it again onto coral cardstock. I stamped the sentiment using white embossing ink and heat set it with white embossing powder onto a strip of the coral cardstock. I used a stitched sentiment strip die to cut it out. I popped it up with a few 3d foam squares.
I hope you have enjoyed the project made and got some inspiration. I have provided affiliate links to all the products used in this project at no additional costs to you. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!
