Chunky Birthday Sparkle card

Hello crafty friends! Today I'm sharing a bright, sparkly birthday card I made with an oldie but goodie CZ Design Chunky Birthday die set.
This A2 size card was made from smooth white cardstock. I then stamped the flowers on a panel of white cardstock in black Memento ink. I colored the images in with copic markers. R17, R27, YR04, YR07 Y21, Y26 and BG13. This was an older background stamp that is no longer available but you could easily use a Memento black marker to hand draw flowers or just doodle some shapes to color in for your background.
Using the CZ Design Chunky Birthday die I created a 3d sentiment by cutting it from white cardstock three times to make it thick. I then adhered the sentiment on clear acetate to create the look of a shaker element. I used an embellishment wand to drop in flat clear sequins with dabs of liquid glue inside each letter. The "happy" sentiment was die cut from silver glitter cardstock. I used a gel pen to add white dots in the blue areas between the flowers and leaves.
I hope you have enjoyed this project and got some inspiration to create something sparkly!  I have provided affiliate links to the supplies I used for your convenience. Please feel free to leave a message if you have any questions. Thank you for stopping by!
