Blend Miss You Blues

I recently posted this Instagram reel and received a request to create this card using blues. So here it is!
I began with a 1/4 sheet of smooth white cardstock. I laid it down on a craft tacky mat to hold it in place while I applied my ink with blending brushes. I began at the bottom with the lightest and progressed up with darker tones of blue. I then removed it from the mat and placed the ink blended panel in my MISTI so I could stamp the text background in the darkest of the blue inks.
I then used white and gold watercolor to splatter over the surface of the panel for some interest. I set aside to dry while I die cut a frame, leaves and sentiment from white cardstock. I also die cut the sentiment from gold cardstock to adhere to the white for thickness. I used foam squares to adhere to the ink blended panel that I trimmed to fit an A2 size card base with a white border.
I hope you have enjoyed this project and got some inspiration to blend those inks!  I have provided affiliate links to the supplies I used for your convenience at no additional costs to you. Please feel free to leave a message if you have any questions. Thank you for stopping by!
