Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Exclusive with Riley and Company

I'm so excited to share a project I made for the exclusive STAMPtember collab with Riley and Company. This very cute stamp set called Flying By is now available at the Simon Says Stamp shop. I don't normally feature the inside of a card project but it just seemed fun to have an image from the stamp set on the inside to complete the sentiment while leaving room for you write in your message.
I created a side fold A2 card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then die cut a panel of more white cardstock using a wonky stitched rectangle die. I used a cloud stencil, distress ink and a blender brush to create a soft cloud sky background. I also used the same distress ink and a bit of water to splatter on the background for some interest. I also did this on the inside of the card base.
I then stamped the images from the Flying By stamp set using a black copic friendly ink. I used some of my favorite red and brown copic combinations to color the images in and fussy cut them out and with 3d foam squares I popped the image up on the front of the card. I then used a black pen with a fine time to draw the line between the back of the plane to the banner stamped on the inside of the card base.
I hope you have enjoyed the project I have created and got some inspiration! Remember that all STAMPtember exclusive collaborations will only be available while supplies last. I have listed all the supplies I used with affiliate links that help support my blog at no additional charge to you. Thank you for stopping by! Happy STAMPtember!!
