Lawn Fawn Add a Sentiment

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme is Add a Sentiment!

We are featuring products from Lawn Fawn. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
I wanted to feature this week's theme a little different. This time the sentiment will be on the inside of the card! I am using one of my favorite Lawn Fawn Let's Toast stamp sets. We love our toast around here! Even as a late night snack💛
I began with an A2 top folding card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then trimmed down another panel of white cardstock to leave a bit of a border to create the background.
I love making my own plaid background patterns so I used a few different plaid builder stencils in my stash along with distress inks to make a custom plaid to match my pallet for this project. I inked the edges of the panel and adhered it to the card base.
I stamped the images from the Lawn Fawn Let's Toast stamp set using black copic friendly ink and colored them in with Copic markers. I added some white detail with a white gel pen. I fussy cut them out and adhered them to a white scalloped eyelet circle frame die to create the little scene. 
I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set in red ink and cut it out with a banner die. I added that underneath the scalloped circle with foam squares. I die cut the Hello from red cardstock and glued it on the inside of the card to finish this project up.
