Lovely Layers Miss You card

I've been wanting to play with the Honey Bee Lovely Layers Hydrangea die set for a long time now. I finally got my hands on this amazing die set. I was inspired by a photo that was posted on Pinterest that I had saved on my color inspiration board.
I began with an A2 top folding card base made from smooth white cardstock. Using a basket weave embossing folder I ran a piece of cream cardstock to create a panel that would leave a bit of a white border.
I then die cut all the layers from the hydrangea die set. I used distress oxide inks to add color to each layer of flowers and the to the leaves. Between each layer I adhered them together with foam squares. I then added it to the cream embossed panel with liquid glue.
I then die cut the Miss You sentiment from gold cardstock. I die cut it three more times from white cardstock to create thickness. Using liquid glue a I added it to the bottom right corner of the panel.
To finish this card off I wanted a bit of sparkle, I added a few iridescent sequins to the centers of each flower and a few to the leaves. Below is the color inspiration for this project I found on Pinterest.
I hope you have enjoyed the project I shared and got some inspiration. I have listed and linked the supplies below for your convenience. Please feel free to leave a message if you have any questions. Thank you for stopping by!
