Let's Celebrate Wedding Card

I'm so happy to be sharing a fun project today featuring the To the Happy Couple stamps and dies from the latest Celebrate Simon Says Stamp release. I made this card a while ago and I'm just now getting a chance to share it here on my blog. 
I made this card using an A2 sized top folding card base from smooth white cardstock. I then trimmed down a piece of pattern paper from my stash to leave a bit of a white border.
I used a wonky stitched rectangle die to create a ink blended panel. I then stamped the images from the new To the Couple stamp set using black ink and colored the images in with copic markers. I die cut them out using the coordinating stamps. I stamped the sentiment on the inked panel and adhered the bride and groom with foam squares. So simple!!
This is a great set for an easy and adorable wedding card. This set can be custom made for the happy couple even down to their hair color! This is a must have in my stash. I'm so happy to be sharing inspiration for the Simon Says Stamp DieCember blog party! Be sure to take advantage of the  exclusive promotion for this blog party👇👇  I'm one of those rare people that begins to decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving. Using the new Ornate Star die I created ornaments for my little flocked Christmas tree. I feel like I could make a dozen of these easily! I die cut the Ornate Star die once from gold cardstock and once from silver cardstock. I then glued the die cut stars on to silver and gold glitter paper. I weighted it with a large acrylic block to help the stars adhered firmly to the glitter cardstock. When the adhesive was dry I used a craft knife to cut out the stars from the glitter cardstock. I then die cut the Merry Christmas sentiment from red metallic cardstock and white cardstock and adhered together for thickness and glued them carefully to the stars as to not have a glob of glue mess up the shine of the metallic cardstock.
