Simon Says Stamp Splendor release blog hop - day 2

I'm happy to be participating in day 2 of the new Simon Says Stamp Splendor release blog hop. I am sharing a couple of fun easter projects using some goodies from this release.

I have used the new Gift Bag die to create fun Easter themed treat bags. 
This project was made using the Bunny Kisses stamp set and coordinating dies. I stamped the bunnies in pink and gray inks and the die cut them out and popped them up on the treat bag using 3d foam squares. I also die cut a few flowers and arrange them around the bunnies.
For the next treat bag I trimmed out a pink cardstock rectangle for the background and adhered it using liquid glue. I then die cut the Fancy Happy Easter die from white and yellow cardstock. I then die cut flowers, leaves and Easter eggs to help decorate the front of the bag. I used the Row of Balloon dies to create my eggs.

These Easter themed treat bags came together so easy. You could make lots for any occasion! The size of this bag is perfect for a gift card too. I hope you enjoyed the projects I made for this hop. I have listed and linked all the supplies I used for your convenience.

    I'm going to make gift bags for each of the grands and use them as decor around the house. The kids can pick the one they like best to take home after dinner. You know...there's no such thing as too much candy. I'm sure the parents will appreciate!

I created this card with an A2 card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then trimmed down a panel of Yupo paper to create an autumnal background using alcohol inks. Be sure to take advantage of the  exclusive promotion for this blog party👇👇  I'm one of those rare people that begins to decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving. Using the new Ornate Star die I created ornaments for my little flocked Christmas tree. I feel like I could make a dozen of these easily! I die cut the Ornate Star die once from gold cardstock and once from silver cardstock. I then glued the die cut stars on to silver and gold glitter paper. I weighted it with a large acrylic block to help the stars adhered firmly to the glitter cardstock. When the adhesive was dry I used a craft knife to cut out the stars from the glitter cardstock. I then die cut the Merry Christmas sentiment from red metallic cardstock and white cardstock and adhered together for thickness and glued them carefully to the stars as to not have a glob of glue mess up the shine of the metallic cardstock.
