Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Exclusive with Riley and Company

Image
I'm so excited to share a project I made for the exclusive  STAMPtember  collab with Riley and Company. This very cute stamp set called Flying By is now available at the  Simon Says Stamp shop . I don't normally feature the inside of a card project but it just seemed fun to have an image from the stamp set on the inside to complete the sentiment while leaving room for you write in your message. I created a side fold A2 card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then die cut a panel of more white cardstock using a wonky stitched rectangle die. I used a cloud stencil, distress ink and a blender brush to create a soft cloud sky background. I also used the same distress ink and a bit of water to splatter on the background for some interest. I also did this on the inside of the card base. I then stamped the images from the Flying By stamp set using a black copic friendly ink. I used some of my favorite red and brown copic combinations to color the images in and fussy cut...

I then created the background for this card using a plaid die cut from more white cardstock. Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Exclusive with Whimsy

Image
I'm so excited to share a project I made for the exclusive  STAMPtember  collab with Whimsy Stamps . This very cute stamp set called Pumpkin Boos is now available at the  Simon Says Stamp shop .  I wanted to change things up a bit and make a square card. I just loved the images from this set and wanted to frame each one as little scene. I trimmed down a square card base from smooth white cardstock. I then die cut four scalloped squares and ink blended each of them with distress inks. I added some water splatter to create a spooky look. I stamped each image using a copic friendly black ink and colored them in using Copic markers. I used distress inks and a finger dauber to color the moon and stamped the sentiment inside. I did not have the coordinating dies, so I fussy cut each image out and adhered them to each purple square with 3d foam squares. I stamped a few bats from the stamps set and added some white gel pen detail to finish this fun Halloween card off. I hope...

Now I have six colorful circles that I can used on the back of my holiday envelope.  This photo shows me adding tape runner to the back of each and added them to the envelopes. This is a large 6X8 Stay Cozy clear stamp set and is now available at the  Simon Says Stamp shop . Amazing holiday scene building stamp set.💙 This card came together super easy! On a panel of white cardstock that I trimmed down to fit an A2 size card base I masked off a circle and used distress ink to create a snowy night sky. I started with the lightest blue shade first around the circle mask and then use darker blues around the edges of the panel. I used some white paint and a paint brush to add splatter on the "snow". I added landscape masks just cut from scrap paper and shaded each one in using more distress ink.I then used the images from the new Gina K Designs Stay Cozy stamp set to create my wintery scene. I stamped them in black using those masks that I created for the hills covered in snow. Last, I chose one of the sentiment from the stamp set and stamped that...
