Simon Says Stamp Sweet Wishes Release Day

Hello crafty friends! I am so happy to be sharing a project using some goodies from the new Simon Says Stamp Sweet Wishes release.
This release has a little of everything you could want for the upcoming holidays and more!
I created a birthday mini-slimline card using the new Layering Balloon Border stencil set. There are four stencils in this set. Using 3 of the 4 stencils I used shades of red distress ink on white cardstock and a black fine tipped marker to draw in the strings. I was hoping to create a simple but dramatic scene. I trimmed it down to fit on a black mini slimline card base.
I trimmed it down to fit on a black mini slimline card base. The sentiment from a pre-printed card from this release. I trimmed it out and used a 3d foam square to pop it up in the center of the balloons.

    Wow, Barbara, I wanted to reach out and touch those balloons! They are amazing and look so realistically three dimensional. Great coloring skills!
