Paper Rose Add Some Texture

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme is Add Some Texture!

We are featuring products from Paper Rose. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would to see what you make. As always just for entering you will be eligible for the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
I just love adding texture to a project. I can achieve this easily by using an embossing folder. Today I am sharing a simple white background that has a subtle texture using the Paper Rose Baby Blue embossing folder.
I began with an A2 size card base cut from red cardstock. I then trimmed down a white piece of cardstock to run through the embossing folder. I adhered this embossed panel to the card base.
I then die cut many images from the Fall Basket die set and colored them with distress inks using a finger dauber and a blending tool.
Using liquid glue and foams squares I arranged the basket and all of the fall images on the embossed panel. I added some detail to the inked images with a white gel pen.
Last, I die cut the grateful die three times from thick white cardstock and adhered it to the center of the basket with liquid glue.
I hope you enjoyed the project I have made for this week's challenge and got some inspiration!
For your convenience I have listed and linked the supplies I have used. The links below are affiliate links which means at no additional cost to you I will receive a small percentage of each item your purchase. This helps support my blog. Thank you so much for stopping by!
